Man-Ex - understanding and preparing for an SC21 Manufacturing Excellence assessment
Bus-Ex & EFQM - understanding the ‘EFQM Model’ and preparing for an SC21 Determining Excellence assessment
Implementing AS/EN9100 Rev C and Nadcap - special reference to the ‘process approach’ and ‘QMS effectiveness’
Understanding and facilitating an SC21 Relationship workshops
Managing and improving SC21 D & Q performance
Creating and deploying an SC21 CSIP (continuous sustainable improvement plan)

TEC recognised SC21 Lead MES/BES Practitioners All of the courses and workshops are delivered by TEC's SC21 recognised Man-Ex and Bus-Ex Lead Practitioners and explain through examples how to undertake the in-depth SC21 diagnostics and assessments culminating in a prioritised CSIP using prescribed SC21 documents and practices.

shadowing for students to see exactly how Bus-Ex/Man assessments must be carried out and how to conduct Relationship Workshops
witnessing to evaluate on a 1-2-1 basis that students are undertaking the assessments and workshop in the prescribed manner and that their scoring is 'calibrated'
