TEC are helping to prepare a new generation of team leaders and change agents in the methods and tools of lean enterprise by delivering customised practical training and development programmes that exceed the stringent requirements of SC21 Manufacturing Excellence and SC21 Certification & Quality Improvement.
Particular attention is paid to nurturing management commitment to lean and perfomance improvement by directly relating lean deployment activities to measurable bottom line benefits.
As with all TEC client programmes we commence with diagnostics and targeting followed by training, phased implementation and coaching – focused on defined objectives. We facilitate the development and use of a balanced suite of corporate KPIs (know as the 'cockpit') that include Delivery and Quality for SC21 plus other recognised metrics (e.g. the lean 7QCDs) to measure and track lean maturity and results. Delivery and Quality performance for identified Key Customers against the relevant B/S/G SC21 awards criteria is validated along with the implementation of the 'BOS/QOS' methodology to systematically monitor and improve all performance metrics on an on-going basis.

TEC's lean enterprise training courses are based on the heuristic principle of 'learning-by-doing'. The courses are structured so that participants can use their new skills immediately to reduce waste, flow-the-process and boost measureable (£) performance.
