SC21 Stakeholder Commitment Programme - SC21 Diagnostics

This 8- to 12-day structured programme is scheduled over 8- to 16-weeks to undertake all of the required in-depth SC21 diagnostics/scores.

Analysis of the quantified results identifies prioritized areas for inclusion in the formal CSIP (Continuous Sustainable Improvement Plan) that specifies prioritised improvement projects.

All workshops, assessments and diagnostics are undertaken by TEC's SC21-recognized Man-Ex/Bus-Ex Practitioners and Man-Ex/Bus-Ex Lead Practitioners –

The overall goal is to set the company on the journey to meeting the award-level criteria (Bronze/Silver/Gold) set by the SC21 community.
