Lean - senior management commitment workshop

This interactive 1-day ‘orientation’ course and workshop is specifically aimed at senior management to ensure that their organizations reap the maximum bottom-line benefit (£) from deploying lean manufacturing principles and practices.

The course and workshop has been formally approved by the SC21 community and includes a full explanation of the SC21 MES (manufacturing excellence score) process and related diagnostics and management commitment questionnaires.  Workshop highlights include –

Guidance in the use of the SC21 manufacturing excellence assessment process to determine a manufacturing excellence rating (score) –

Attendees will receive a formal SC21 Certificate to demonstrate their competition of the first stage in becoming an SC21 Manufacturing Excellence Practitioner.
