TEC launch their upgraded AQMS Maintenance Service to coincide with the publication of the newAS/EN91XX:2009 series of standards.
Preparing for a successful AS/EN9100 assessment audit is a big enough challenge in its own right. Maintaining and updating the resulting AQMS (Aerospace Quality Management System) can also prove to be chore without external help.
As we have seen, the global aerospace/defence AS/EN 9000 series of standards themselves have just been upgraded and re-issued – AS/EN9100:2009 Rev C (AS/EN9110:2009 and AS/EN9120:2009). Also the manner in which Certification Bodies will in future assess and audit their clients is changing. The all newAS/EN9101 standard for Certification Bodies will mandate the process approach and demand conformity to all requirements, process effectiveness and the meeting of customer expectations for excellence in product quality and delivery performance – with continuous improvement!
