Our objective is empowerment which is why all of our on-site training courses actively encourage interaction – all TEC courses are interactive and feature Accelerated Learning – a combination of structured training, quizzes, individual and group workshops. Empowerment ensures a thorough understanding and ability to use the techniques in a value-adding manner.
All training sessions use the winning ‘TEC formula’ of diagnostics and targeting first – followed by our empowerment training. The delivery of on-site training sessions is always coordinated with implementation (focused on defined objectives) so that the personnel concerned can use their newly acquired skills immediately.
Since on-site training takes place at our client’s premises there is no travel, no time away from the factory and no unrelated expenses often associated with public courses (e.g. travel, hotel, subsistence, etc.). All of our on-site courses are provided for a totally inclusive fee and can accommodate up to 20 people – therefore client’s staff can be trained for a very low cost-per-person. Experience has shown that the 'break-even' is 3 (three) people!
All of TEC’s courses can be customized to cater for specific requirements. Clients are free to arrange course dates that are most suitable for the organization’s calendar – providing the ultimate flexibility for training to fit in with work demands.
