SC21 Practitioner Training
TEC's unique SC21 practitioner programme includes training, coaching and qualification as Man-Ex, Bus-Ex and Relationship Practitioners - plus other related SC21 topics. All of the courses and workshops are delivered by TEC's SC21 recognised Man-Ex and Bus-Ex Lead Practitioners and explain through examples and case studies how to undertake the in-depth SC21 diagnostics, assessments and workshops culminating in a prioritised CSIP using prescribed SC21 documents and practices.
Man-Ex, Bus-Ex and Relationship practitioners are also provided with ‘shadow’ and ‘witness’ sessions to ensure that they fully understand the practicalities involved in conducting SC21 assessments and are able to provide ‘calibrated’ scores and recommendations.

provides a management briefing focused on the principles and application of the EFQM 2010 Model and how it is used to boost performance as part of SC21 deployment - special focus on the ‘Business Excellence score’ with case studies to illustrate the assessment process and subsequent actions
- Implementing AS/EN9100 Rev C and Nadcap
provides a clear explanation of how to develop and document modern, visual and process-driven quality management systems to meet the requirements of AS/EN9100 (Rev C) - how to prepare for and successfully pass the stringent Nadcap audit
- SC21 Relationships (using RMM & RMR Workshop)
provides a step-by-step explanation of how to prepare for and use the RMM questionnaire and then analyse the results in preparation for a supplier-customer relationship workshop - with case study examples

provides a full explanation of the SC21 requirements for Delivery and Quality performance for all SC21 Business Group customers – case studies illustrate the successful us of the QOS/BOS methodology for boosting and sustaining ‘recognition award’ levels of performance
- Creating an SC21 CSIP
provides a explanation of the steps required from undertaking of the SC21 diagnostics – prioritisation of AFIs – identification of improvement activities (SC21 ‘Charters’) – thro’ to the documentation and agreement of the CSIP. Use, review, updating and ‘sharing’ of the CSIP (with Business Group customers)
